I was also overcharge twice.The interaction felt threatening rather than helpful, and it left me feeling upset and frustrated. They are also very rude. Told me that I did not pay for the insurance, I told them that my card was not working, and I gave them a different card information. But they did not pay attention. Still overcharge me next month. It is not nice. I called them to complain, but they do not care ."
